2012 Infiniti EX
Based on the acclaimed FM platform, the EX crossover SUV is closely related to the G sport sedan. With its tall profile, rear hatch and unique interior design, the EX should appeal to a more practical customer who needs luxury and utility in a compact package. A 3.5L V-6 mated to a 7-speed automatic is standard on both rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive models.
2012 Infiniti FX
What SUV looks like no other, doesn't go off-road, and wants to be a sport car? The Infiniti FX, of course! With two muscular engine choices: a 303-bhp 3.5L V-6 (FX35) or a 390-bhp 5.0L V-8 (FX50), rapid acceleration is assured. Both engines are coupled to a new 7-speed automatic and optional magnesium paddle shifters. The FX35 is offered in RWD or AWD, while the FX50 is available with AWD only. Infiniti packed the FX with a wide array of technology: Intelligent Brake Assist, Lane Departure Warning/Lane Departure Prevention, Intelligent Cruise Control, Distance Control Assist, and Around View Monitor. The optional Sport Package adds Continuous Damping Control, Rear-Active Steer and 21-inch alloy wheels. The interior features wood trim, and is far more inviting and luxurious than in the previous FX. Infiniti clearly aims the FX to take on the BMW X5, Mercedes-Benz ML-Class, and Audi Q7.
2012 Infiniti G Convertible
As an alternative to the BMW 3-Series, the Infiniti G-Series has proven quite capable in both sedan and coupe forms. Infiniti has broadened its successful G37 line to include a convertible model. The convertible is a power-operated retractable hard top that operates in about 20 seconds. When open, the three-piece hard top is stowed out of sight under a hard cover leaving the lines of the car unspoiled. With the top closed, the hard top promises better shelter during inclimate weather. The convertible shares its 3.7L V6 engine and 7-speed automatic with the G37 coupe and sedan. With a starting price of $47,000, the G37 coupe has a healthy list of standard equipment including leather seating and HID lights. With option packages, the G37 tops $50,000 fully loaded.
2012 Infiniti G Coupe
The G coupe is arguably the best looking coupe in its segment. With a platform derived from the Nissan Z, the G37 Coupe has the performance credentials to match its styling. Infiniti has steadily improved this sport coupe with styling, engine and chassis enhancements. The smooth 3.7L V-6 cranks out over 300-bhp. New 19-inch forged alloy wheels, Vehicle Dynamic Control, viscous limited-slip differential (VLSD), and Rear Active Steer Available improve handling and stability.
2012 Infiniti G Sedan
The G-series has helped to revive Infiniti sales. The latest model continues to build on its success with sleek styling and 3.7L V6 that produces almost 330-bhp. Most models include a 7-speed automatic, but a 6-speed manual is available on the 6MT Sport. Aluminum suspension components and a stiff chassis enhance handling. Technology features include push-button start, adaptive front headlights, rearview monitor, and intelligent cruise control with preview braking. Tough competition from BMW, Lexus, and Audi makes continual improvements to the G37 vital.
2013 Infiniti JX
The JX is Infiniti's answer to the popular Acura MDX. The JX is about 5 inches longer than an Acura MDX, and offers more interior legroom than almost all three-row crossovers and short-wheelbase full-sized SUVS. A standard V6 engine, CVT transmission and front-wheel-drive promise respectable fuel economy for this size vehicle. For more traction the JX is also offered with all-wheel-drive. The JX starts at around $41,000 which includes typical luxury features like heated leather seating and HID headlamps.
2012 Infiniti M
As Infiniti's product line has evolved, the M has become the flagship of the brand. The latest M sedan features aggressive styling and a choice of powerful V6 and V8 engines. The model range includes the 330-bhp M37 and M37x AWD V6 models and the 420-bhp M56 and M56 AWD V8 models. All are equipped with a seven-speed automatic and a host of electronic driving aids like stability control Above and beyond common luxury features the M also offers rare features like a lane-departure system and a blind spot intervention system. A Sport model features a motor-actuated active steering system that changes the rear suspension geometry to augment handling. Infiniti's M is well styled, well powered and well equipped to do battle in a robust market segment.
2012 Infiniti QX
In the tradition established by General Motors and Ford, the first generation QX56 was sibling of the Nissan Armada with more luxurious appointments and a higher price tag. The latest QX56 sheds its ties to the Nissan Armada and Titan becoming a unique vehicle that Infiniti now imports to the US market. While the styling may be different, its capabilities are unchanged. With a bold, angular front fascia and curved roofline, the QX56 certainly stands out from the pack. A 400-bhp 5.6L V-8 provides enough grunt for towing up to 8500 lbs. Both 2WD and 4WD models are available. The QX has the size, power, technology and luxury to compete with the Cadillac Escalade, while undercutting its price by thousands.
